Y Barre is an energetic workout that fuses fitness techniques from dance, Pilates, and strength conditioning to tone and define the whole body. Members will perform traditional ballet barre movements while focusing on developing flexibility and stability.

Dance experience is not required as the class is open to all ability levels.


What to Expect:

Develop your core strength.
Improve flexibility and posture.
Relieve stress.
Gain muscle tone.


What to Bring:

Comfortable clothing that will allow flexibility and movement.
No shoes necessary. Non-slip socks are recommended but not required.
Yoga Mat, Flexibility Ball, and Hand Weights will be provided.
