The YMCA offers two Les Mills workout classes including BODYCOMBAT™ and BODYPUMP™. These workouts will help you to build your core strength while burning calories and mastering your goals. Our Group Exercise instructors will help you to get on board, learn the routines and develop your journey to fitness.

 

BODYCOMBAT is a martial-arts inspired, non-contact workout that will get your body moving and your heart racing! This class combines movements from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira, and Kung Fu. Participants are encouraged to punch, kick, block, and strike their way to a total body workout.

What to Expect:

What to Bring:

Comfortable clothing that will allow movement.

BODYPUMP will sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body by lifting. By focusing on low weight loads with high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean muscle. YMCA instructors will keep you feeling motivated through this challenging workout and encourage you to meet your fitness goals. Come see why BODYPUMP has been a successful fitness routine for 25 years and counting!
