SilverSneakers classes are a great way to stay active at the YMCA. Geared toward the Active Older Adult, SilverSneakers classes are open to all members and all skill levels.

 

SilverSneakers Circuit increases cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength is built using hand weights, elastic tubing, and a exercise ball. A chair is offered for support to get head-to-toe stretching and complete relaxation in a comfortable position.

 

What to Expect:
