Spinning™ is an indoor stationary cycling program that is high-energy and motivating! This cardio workout will challenge you to reach new milestones and develop an exhilarating fitness routine. Spinning™ instructors challenge participants to become immersed in the workout with upbeat, integrated music and motivating coaching. This class is open to both new and experienced riders.
