Step aerobic classes focus on cardio conditioning with choreographed movements. Offered in three class intervals, the YMCA offers Step at ideal intensities for everyone: Basic Step, Intermediate Step, and Xtreme Step. Step & Sculpt is also offered. This 60 minute workout combines Step with strength training.
