The YMCA believes that promoting Healthy Living in our youth encourages active lifestyles and enhances Youth Development. With a focus on strength training, endurance and goal setting, the YMCA Youth Fitness Clubs and Clinics will provide conditioning for our young athletes.

Go the distance with YMCA Running Club! Join in this endurance based program for youth ages 9-14.

Bump, set, spike your way to developing your volleyball skills! This is a great way to develop the skills needed for the YMCA Volleyball League!

Improve your swim stroke and endurance with Porpoise Swim Club.

Days: Tues/Thurs 6:00-7:00pm  or   Sat 11:00am-12:00pm

Learn competitive swimming techniques, endurance, discipline and sportsmanship by joining the Shark Pre-Swim Team. Tryouts required. Swimmers are required to a 3 month commitment.

Times: 1:15pm-2:15pm

Prerequisite: Swimmers must either (1) have passed the Flying Fish class or (2) Tread for at least 2 minutes unaided using one of a variety of kicks. (No flutter kick). Proficiently swim a 200 yard freestyle swim. Proficiently swim a 200 yard backstroke. Proficient demonstration of all skills is determined by the ranking coach on the first Saturday of every month.
