Swim Lessons

Learning to swim is a valuable life skill that offers the freedom to participate in aquatic activities while preventing the risk of drowning. YMCA certified swim instructors teach water safety while encouraging youth to learn a variety of swim techniques. Give your child the opportunity to thrive both socially and physically with Y swim lessons.

Performance Arts

Day Camp at the Y

Where adventure happens! During school breaks, and vacations the Y offers a fun, educational Day Camp program for all kids. Each day is full of adventure, from crafts and STEM activities to swimming and outdoor adventures, there’s always fun to be had at the Y’s Day Camp!

Flag Football

Ages 3-10 Our Flag Football program is for kids 8-12! Redlands We offer Flag Football at our Highland branch! Costs Ages 8-12: $35/$63 The YMCA believes in the importance of bonding through enriching programs. Develop footwork, mobility, and quick thinking under pressure in Flag Football. Martial Arts

Ages 5 & Up! Children and adults can both enjoy the Y's martial arts programs, beginning at age 5 All 3 Branches! All three of our branches offer martial arts programs! Cost Our cost is $45 for full-facility members and $69 for program members Learn self-defense in YMCA Martial Arts. This class is a fun and safe way for children and adults to develop control and discipline while learning combat skills. Kettlebell training includes strength, balance, flexibility, muscular/cardiovascular endurance and coordination. This class teaches ballistic movements performed with the cast iron Kettlebell weights. Participants should have a full range of motion.  What to Expect: Full-body conditioning. Spinning™ is an indoor stationary cycling program that is high-energy and motivating! This cardio workout will challenge you to reach new milestones and develop an exhilarating fitness routine. Spinning™ instructors challenge participants to become immersed in the workout with upbeat, integrated music and motivating coaching. This class is open to both new and experienced riders. What to Expect: Group motivation and excitement. Challenging routines. Calorie burning exercises. Strength and agility training. What to Bring: Comfortable clothing that will allow movement. All equipment will be provided.


SilverSneakers classes are a great way to stay active at the YMCA. Geared toward the Active Older Adult, SilverSneakers classes are open to all members and all skill levels.  

Les Mills Classes

The YMCA offers two Les Mills workout classes including BODYCOMBAT™ and BODYPUMP™. These workouts will help you to build your core strength while burning calories and mastering your goals. Our Group Exercise instructors will help you to get on board, learn the routines and develop your journey to fitness. BODYCOMBAT™ BODYCOMBAT is a martial-arts inspired, non-contact workout that will get your body moving and your heart racing! TRX Suspension Training is a body-weight exercise the develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. The TRX Suspension Trainer leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. TRX is safe and effective for all ability levels, from the beginning exerciser to the experienced athlete. What to Expect: Improve muscular strength. Improve balance and coordination. Burn calories. Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise system that includes methods of sequenced movements derived from martial arts with graceful and smooth transitions to achieve a state of relaxation of body and mind. What to Expect: Improve general health. Relieve stress. Improve balance and concentration. Increase mind/body awareness. What to Bring: Comfortable clothing that will allow flexibility and movement. No shoes necessary. Non-slip socks are recommended but not required.

Barre Classes

Raise the barre! Y Barre is an energetic workout that fuses fitness techniques from dance, Pilates, and strength conditioning to tone and define the whole body. Members will perform traditional ballet barre movements while focusing on developing flexibility and stability. No dance experience? No problem! Dance experience is not required to enjoy Y Barre.
