TRX Suspension Training is a body-weight exercise the develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. The TRX Suspension Trainer leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. TRX is safe and effective for all ability levels, from the beginning exerciser to the experienced athlete.
