YMCA Yoga will help you to develop your spirit, mind, and body through traditional Yoga exercises. Our class offerings include Yoga classes for the beginning participant to advanced yogi. Participants will restore health, release tension, and develop a strong sense of well being through YMCA Yoga.
Choose the Class that’s Right for You:
Gentle Yoga: A beginning yoga class using traditional yoga poses to enhance strength, balance, and flexibility.
Power Flow Yoga: This class incorporates a sequence of yoga postures and advanced options to further challenge participants in the yoga practice.
SilverSneakers Yoga: Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform exercises. A final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Yin Yoga: Yin Yoga targets the deeper tissues of the ligaments, joints, and fascia networks, with the use of props to support the body as it passively holds stretches for several minutes at a time, resulting in increased flexibility and range of motion.
