LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is a 12 week evidence-based program that helps adult cancer survivors reclaim their health and well-being following a cancer diagnosis. The YMCA creates a welcoming community in which survivors can improve their strength and physical fitness, diminish the severity of therapy side effects, develop supportive relationships, and improve their quality of life.

Cancer is a life-changing disease that takes a tremendous physical and emotional toll on those affected. At the Y, we know that many in our community are navigating the roads to recovery after a battle with cancer. 

During the 12 weeks, participants will receive a membership, paid by the YMCA. The program is 100% subsidized. There is NO cost to anyone that participates.
