Our Goal Is To Engages Each Child

At the YMCA, kids have the chance to let their creative talents shine! They can explore aerial movements, learn how to dance, juggle, and even unicycle. Coaches and peers provide encouragement as children build strength, confidence, and coordination. From jumps and cartwheels to handstands and beyond, our programs equips children with the skill set needed to take their creativity to the next level!

Build Strength, Confidence, & Coordination

The YMCA Gymnastics program offers children the chance to hone their balance, coordination, and agility through an assortment of activities, like jumps, cartwheels, and handstands. Working together, they develop greater self-confidence, stamina, and control, while perfecting a multitude of skills, such as jumps, cartwheels, handstands and much more.

Ages

Time to register your kids for the circus! With supportive coaches, your children will learn basic skills like tumbling, unicycling, aerial, and much more. The Circus program emphasizes teamwork, dedication, trust, and family bonding.

This class is perfect for the new aerialist. You will learn strength and coordination skills to improve your aerial awareness and learn basic tricks and moves on different aerial equipment. Equipment included will be on a rotating schedule. NO experience required.

6 yr+

Ages

Moving with the YMCA is a great way for youth to foster their coordination and hone discipline as they explore their expression through music and dance. Children can explore their creative side with choreography and learn essential skills. Participants can take part in a range of dance classes and genres from baby ballet and tap to hip-hop and contemporary dance.

Sitting on the sidelines during your siblings basketball game? We have the program for you! Participants will learn strength and flexibility through stretching, basic jumps, chants, cheers, and short dance routines to be performed during half time.
