Along with our open swim, the Y offers tons of exciting programs and classes to get you in the water and having fun. From swim lessons to Safety Around Water to water aerobics, take a look at our programs and how you can make a splash!

Group Ex Classes

The Y offers over 150 FREE group exercise classes each week including Zumba™, Kettlebells, Spinning, TRX™, Barre, Les Mill’s BODYPUMP and BODYCOMBAT, and Yoga. In the supportive environment of group exercise class, your classmates and instructors will inspire you to go the extra mile!

Classes are offered to all members ages 15+.

Personal Training

Personalize your workouts with a YMCA Personal Trainer!
Our team is ready to help you refresh your fitness routine while providing safe, technique focused training exercises. Challenge yourself with an exercise program that is specific to your individual needs, health status and limitations. Reach beyond your old routine and establish a new, invigorating workout that will keep you motivated!

Jump Start

Jump Start is a 4-week exercise program designed for new and returning members.
The program creates a one-on-one relationship between the member and a Wellness Coach to ensure social support, enhance self-confidence, and establish a motivating routine.

Active Older Adults

All YMCA members over 50 are invited to join in our Active Older Adult programming. From specialized group exercise and senior fitness classes to social events like our monthly Potluck and Bingo Socials, the YMCA is your place for healthy living and community.
