For 43 years, the city of Highland has welcomed runners and race fans of all ages and abilities to this cherished event. About the Run: On Sunday, January 25, 2026, runners and walkers will gather for a scenic 5K Fun Run, as well as a chipped 5K and 10K. Whether you are lacing up for your very first race, chasing a personal record, or simply showing up to cheer, the Highland Y Run is a place where everyone belongs.

All net proceeds from the Highland Y Run stay right here in Highland, supporting youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility through our YMCA Financial Assistance program. Financial Assistance helps ensure that no child, no family, and no neighbor is turned away because of financial hardship and allows them to access our programs.
