Basketball

Experience personal growth and skill development in youth basketball at the Y! Boys and girls aged 5-17 thrive in our leagues and clinics, fostering sportsmanship, teamwork, and healthy competition. Work with a coach, learn from teammates, and have a blast while honing basic skills and excelling on the court.

Flag Football

Flag football is a non-contact version of American football. Players wear flags instead of tackling, emphasizing skill, agility, and strategy. Join the excitement of flag football and enjoy the game without the physical contact!

Itty Bitty Sports

In our Itty Bitty program, children aged 3-5 are exposed to a variety of sports, such as basketball, t-ball, and soccer in this introductory program. We explore the fundamentals of the game, learning the basic skills needed for each sport. The YMCAs four core values: Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility, are infused into every class so that kids focus on the value of sportsmanship.

Martial Arts & Fitness

Learn and practice fitness and martial arts skills in a fun, encouraging, inclusive, and safe environment where students grow in strength, endurance, flexibility, self-defense and fighting skills, confidence, leadership, and the opportunity to earn belt-rank over multiple sessions.

Soccer

In soccer, players use their feet to score goals while showcasing athleticism, strategy, and teamwork. YMCA Youth Soccer focuses on developing fundamental skills, including dribbling, passing, shooting, and defending. It provides opportunities for individual growth and learning in a supportive environment.

Volleyball

Volleyball is a dynamic team sport played with a ball, where two teams aim to send it over a net and score points. It requires communication, agility, and teamwork to set, spike, and block. Join the exciting world of volleyball and experience the thrill of the game!

This clinic teaches the fundamentals of shooting the ball, using different drills. Participants will learn lay-ups, free-throws, mid-range and 3 pointers!
Basketball Flash League

Ages 5-17
A dynamic 4-week program where kids enhance skills, collaborate with diverse teammates, and gain insights from different coaches every week. Age-specific practices are held once a week, while Saturdays bring the excitement of randomly assigned teams. This engaging initiative thrives on fostering new connections, embracing varied coaching styles, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all!

Our program focuses on enhancing basketball skills and athletic abilities for all players. With an emphasis on sportsmanship, our leagues promote team-building and skill development. Teams practice once a week, either on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, based on coach availability. Exciting games take place on Saturdays, ensuring a well-rounded basketball experience.​
